Creative Human is a Berlin engineering practice. We build AI-native systems for organizations making consequential decisions — Fortune 500 announcements, enterprise crises, national policy packages, strategic repositionings, event-driven investment theses. Our work is production-grade, our engine is open source, and our commitment is that every system we ship is answerable at every level.
We are small and serious. We hire for craft, judgment, and the taste to know when to slow down. Everyone on the team has autonomy over their own work, owns their own decisions, and is expected to defend those decisions in technical conversation. The team does not hide behind process, does not ship for the sake of shipping, and does not take work that would compromise the ethical redlines — no electoral, no military.

We don't run a funnel. We don't post a role and watch 400 CVs arrive. The team is small by design and grows only when a specific person makes it obviously worth growing.
If you think you are that person, the path is short. Send us work we can read, a position you would take if you joined, and a reason that is about this company and not about yourself. If it lands, we will open a role around you.

- — What you would own inside Creative Human if we opened a role for you
- — Two or three sentences about why this company, specifically — not the industry, not the field, this company
We do not ask for cover letters. Engineers hate cover letters. A short, specific email is enough.
We read every application. We respond to every application. Response time is hours to days, not weeks. If we don't have a role that fits what you would build, we will say so.
